Pierre Planchenault
Trained at the CNSMD in Lyon, he danced with the Lyon Opéra Ballet and later with Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo. He voluntarily embarked on a career change, becoming an event producer and designer for 15 years in France and abroad.
He was co-director of the Pôle National Supérieur de Danse Rosella Hightower in Cannes-Mougins from 2009 to 2020, and held the same position at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Danse de Marseille from 2012 to 2016. He will be General Secretary of the Centre National de Arts du Cirque in Châlons-en-Champagne between 2020 and 2023.
In March 2024, he took over as CEO of the Pôle d'Enseignement Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Bordeaux Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
He is co-president of Anescas (national association of higher education establishments for artistic creation and the performing arts) and a qualified member of CNESERAC.
