AFO | NETWORK
As a representative body, the AFO is a forum for dialogue between its members and a wide range of partners and interlocutors, both nationally and internationally: orchestra employees (artistic, administrative and technical staff), other networks and unions (cultural networks, cultural administrations, employers' and employees' unions, European organisations), public authorities (ministries and local authorities), media.

AFO | OBSERVATORY
As a resource centre for the profession, the AFO collects and shares information relating to all areas of activity of member orchestras. These studies, conducted internally or entrusted to external partners, define the Association's work areas.
AFO | TRAINING
The AFO is an accredited professional training organisation that offers courses tailored to the specific needs of musicians and administrative and technical staff of orchestras.
Each course is tailor-made according to the needs identified with the various employees and during the various studies carried out by the Association.

Conferences, symposiums, national events, the AFO organises every year national and international meetings involving professionals, elected officials and the general public.
AFO | INTERNATIONAL
Founder of the European Orchestras Forum, the AFO is also a member of Culture Action Europe, the European Association of Live Performance Employers (Pearle*) and the European network for arts education RESEO.
