The travelling nature of the Orchestre des Pays de Savoie makes it a real local band for the region's inhabitants. In order to reach out to all audiences, even those who are farthest from large concert halls, the Orchestra travels to villages with fewer than 2,000 inhabitants, offering a program of discovery of the finest works of classical music.

Mozart's Serenade No. 13 is a must in the chamber orchestra repertoire, as are Bartók's Romanian Folk Dances . Mel Bonis, an avant-garde composer of the early twentieth century, will be discovered with passion, thanks to her Suite en forme de valses, with its particularly danceable theme! Debussy's Rêverie, a continuation of Isaac Albeniz's Suite espagnole, takes us through a colorful universe of a thousand scents.
