The AO has joined the prestigious ECHO network, which brings together 24 major concert halls in 13 European countries. Each year, the ECHO selects six promising young artists and supports the blossoming of their careers by organizing a tour of the network's venues. The Auditorium welcomes four of these "Rising Stars", who are sure to become tomorrow's great stars.

For once, ECHO has selected an organist as one of its six Rising Stars. German Sebastian Heindl came to public attention during the pandemic with a spectacular concert broadcast on the Internet, featuring the brass section of the Berliner Philharmoniker. The program he presents will also be spectacular, from the poetry of the Schumann couple to the fearsome virtuosity of the Danse macabre, revisited by Heindl himself.

As part of ECHO's "Rising Stars" program.

Running time: 1 hour with no intermission.
