Programme
As part of the "Portraits en Série" series for young children. Portraits... It's a set of desires that intersect and enrich each other. To paint portraits that will be nourished by questions specific to childhood, or the territories crossed in connection with the Orchestra. For the creation of each portrait, research/collection residencies are set up with the public and multidisciplinary artists.
Little by little, the kindergarten children, with the help of a puppeteer, imagined a story, the story of Mr. Bois. A tree in a public square with only one leaf left. Mr. Bois has always lived next to an opera house or a symphony orchestra rehearsal hall. Mr. Bois hears the music, the singers. By magic, Mr. Bois finds himself in the hall and discovers instruments made of wood. Mr. Bois has a secret dream: to sing! Based on this story, the children, a puppeteer, an author and a composer will imagine L'Histoire de Monsieur Bois: finding the words Mr. Bois uses, the music Mr. Bois hears, the songs he invents...
